What are Foxify and how does it work?

Foxify is a visual Shopify page builder designed to boost conversions with industry-focused features. You can create all kinds of pages - homepages, landing pages, product pages, collection pages, blog posts, custom pages and more.

Plus, you can design custom theme sections in Foxify and reuse them across your store for a consistent, high-converting look.

Which plan are best for me?

Foxify offers plans for every business size. The main difference is how many pages and sections you can publish. If you’re just starting, you can test everything with the Free plan. When you’re ready, try any paid plan with a 7-day free trial before upgrading officially.

Are there any free trials available?

Yes! All paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Enterprise) come with a 7-day free trial so you can try everything before you commit.

What are published pages/ theme sections?

With Foxify, published pages are counted in 3 ways:

1. Regular pages & blog posts

These are pages like About Us, Contact, or a blog post. Each time you publish one in Foxify, it appears as a new page in your Shopify store. Every new live page counts as 1 published page.

2. Template pages

These are templates for product, collection, or blog pages. A single template can be applied to many items, but it only counts as 1 published page.

👉 Example: If you design one product page template and apply it to 10 products, it still counts as 1 published page in Foxify.

3. Default templates

These are special pages like the Homepage, Cart, or 404 page. Each of these can only have one live version at a time. Publishing in Foxify replaces the Shopify default, and each one counts as 1 published page.

👉 Example: If you create 1 About Us page, 1 Landing page, 1 Product template (used for 5 products), and 1 Homepage → you have 4 published pages in total.

For sections, you can publish them once and reuse them across multiple theme pages.

👉 For example, you could publish 5 custom sections and use them on 50 different pages built with your theme.

Is unlimited blog posts included in my plan or billed separately?

Unlimited blog posts are an add-on for Starter and Growth plans at $20/month ($16/month on annual billing). For Enterprise, they’re included for free. The Free plan does not support unlimited blog posts.

Are Foxify pages fast to load?

Yes, Foxify is built to keep your store speedy. We’ve optimized everything and even added a lazy-loading feature to make pages load faster—no coding required.

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Upgrading is easy - just head to the Pricing page in the app. Charges adjust automatically.

If you downgrade, you’ll just need to make sure the number of published pages and sections fits within your new plan. If your current usage is within the new plan's limit, you can downgrade without affecting your published pages or sections.

What happens if I uninstall Foxify?

Your published pages and sections will stay live for 90 days, then they will automatically unpublish. Therefore, if you want to keep them live, you need to re-install and subscribe to our plans.

Does Foxify work with my theme?

Yes! Foxify works smoothly with any Shopify theme.

What's AI credit?

Foxify AI credits are credits that spent when using our AI-powered features for creating layouts, generating text, optimize SEO metadata, Auto-responsive, translate languages. Free plan users get 20 credits total. Paid plans include monthly credits (that reset each month), and you can always buy more if you reach usage limits.

How many credits does each AI-powered feature require?

Generate text (Magic write): 1 credit/request

Generate SEO metadata: 1 credit/request

Auto translate: 1.5 credits/request

Auto update translation: 2 credits/request
