Welcome, and thank you for your interest in FoxEcom Refund Policy. The following Refund Policy applies to the solutions (Apps and Themes) provided by FoxEcom. By purchasing, and using services from FoxEcom, we assume that you Read and Agree to all the terms of this policy.
An unlimited free trial for themes and free plans for apps let you try our solutions in full. Therefore, make sure the item is right for your business before making any purchase.

Items That Are Not Refundable
Given the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds or credit on the purchase of the following items:
- Zest theme on Shopify Theme Store
- Foxify - Smart Page Builder on Shopify App Store
- Foxkit on Shopify App Store
Payments for the above items are final and non-refundable due to copyright licensing.
If you are experiencing a technical issue with the item, we recommend that you contact us and seek assistance.
If you have an issue with your account or think there’s been an error in billing, kindly contact Shopify support for more information.
Item That Is Eligible For A Refund
We offer a refund for the following item under certain circumstances:
We will assess refund requests under circumstances that are stated in Envato Refund Policy. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
There is generally no obligation to provide a refund in any of the situations listed below:
- You simply change your mind;
- You bought the item by mistake;
- You do not have sufficient expertise to use the item made available;
- You ask for goodwill; or
- Your Envato account has been suspended.
To request a refund, please follow the instructions from the Envato Help center.
If your refund request is approved, it will be sent to the Envato Help Team for processing. This usually takes 3 to 5 business days to reflect on your bank statement or Envato account.
FoxEcom doesn’t automatically cancel if the account isn’t being used. If FoxEcom solutions no longer meet your business’ needs, please cancel the desired individual plan and uninstall the solution to avoid additional charges. Failure to cancel the plan properly will not result in a refund.
Annual billing provides customers with a discount by requiring an upfront payment. Due to the nature of this discount, FoxEcom cannot extend refunds to subscriptions on annual billing. Any annual plan cannot be cancelled or closed until the next annual renewal date.
FoxEcom has designed the upgrade path to include several steps, where a plan's pricing is clearly listed and where multiple actions must be taken to confirm the purchase decision. With this in mind, FoxEcom does not offer a refund for a plan that was upgraded by following these steps. Please cancel the desired individual plan and uninstall the solution to avoid additional charges
